What I am getting from...I really like your poem.

What I am getting from it is that the speaker is doing too much, while getting too little back from silence, or whoever it is. The idea of rowing too hard, or maybe too far really works well.

The whole emotional experience and reflection on it is very quiet and peaceful, even though waiting for the other to think, consider, and/or respond may be nerve-wracking, and perhaps heartbreaking.

Keep up the good work, and enjoy the Poets' Rally!
:-)
You can find my entry at:
http://elainedanforth.wordpress.com/2012/08/02/light-was-not-always/Elaine Danforthhttp://elainedanforth.wordpress.com/2012/08/02/light-was-not-always/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7660902609571733694.post-25560017394590179312012-06-13T05:57:14.419-07:002012-06-13T05:57:14.419-07:00hehe.. thanks :)hehe.. thanks :)Divya Ranadivehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15153869354059223375noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7660902609571733694.post-18948572920909359532012-06-13T02:40:26.968-07:002012-06-13T02:40:26.968-07:00nice one...i usually dont stop at poetry but this ...nice one...i usually dont stop at poetry but this one is good...:)everythinginmymindhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11610456928144562486noreply@blogger.com
